All of our mentors have professional experience working with music students individually and in group settings, both within and outside the classroom. Mentors work with the feeder schools within a school district’s promotional pipeline, providing continuity and fostering relationships with students as they progress from year to year.

Instrument Specialist Mentors focus on a single instrument within a family of instruments.
Instrument Family Mentor
Instrument Family Mentors have broader expertise in teaching across a family of instruments, such as woodwinds, double reeds, brass, low brass, or percussion.
Ensemble Mentors
Ensemble Mentors are experienced in leading and guiding ensembles of various sizes and styles. Each ensemble mentor works closely with the music director to provide students with specific guidance in areas of individual musicianship and group performance.
