  1. Northwest Music Mentors is not responsible for any damage to the personal property of any individual employed by, volunteering for, or otherwise serving as a representative of Northwest Music Mentors. Each individual is responsible for providing their own insurance against damage to or loss of their personal property.
  2. While Northwest Music Mentors retains liability insurance required by schools, it does not relieve any person acting on the behalf of Northwest Music Mentors from behaving in a responsible and safe manner, nor does it relieve them of responsibility for acts of negligence and potential claims for loss, liability, damages, judgments, or civil charges.
  3. Northwest Music Mentors assumes no responsibility for any damage or injury that occurs to vehicles or its occupants occurring during travel to and from any location where services for Northwest Music Mentors are performed. At no time should any individual employed by, volunteering for, or otherwise serving as a representative of Northwest Music Mentors transport students or school staff/volunteers associated with our programs.
  4. Should any injury occur to either any individual employed by, volunteering for, or otherwise serving as a representative of Northwest Music Mentors, or a student, school employee, or volunteer serviced by our programs, that injury should be reported immediately to the music instructor and the designated Northwest Music Mentors representative.
